IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

• A 50% deposit is required before I begin creating a new pattern/chart for your piece. The remaining 50% is due before I begin making your piece. If your design uses an existing pattern I already have, there is no 50/50 payment split - full payment is due before I begin making your piece.

• All sales are final.

• Projects usually take up to 5 weeks. This is subject to change based on the piece. I will let you know once we flesh out the details!

• Your request may not be accepted. I will contact you either way letting you know.
